Shipping policy

UK Shipping 

Our main delivery service is Royal Mail. All UK orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days with estimated delivery of 2-7 business days. 

Please note the cost of shipping will be applied during checkout. 

EU Shipping 

For EU orders we aim to have your package delivered within 5-8 business days. Please note we are currently shipping to; Spain, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Germany, Portugal and Italy. We aim to expand to more EU countries in near the future. 

***Post-Brexit; all EU orders will have a customs charge as the parcel is being shipped from the UK which is no longer part of the EU. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the item and pay the customs fee to their relevant customs office. Please note this charge is not a shipping charge but a clearing charge that is determined by the local governments.***

International Shipping 

Our international shipping destinations are; Canada, Brazil, China, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Jersey, New Zealand, South Korea,Serbia,Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Africa, however, this may change in the future.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Slb Jewellery is not responsible for any duty and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed after shipping are the customer's responsibility. 

Items rejected or returned are non-refundable for postage costs.
