Why is there no reply to my emails?

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship international?

Our international shipping destinations are; USA, Canada, Brazil, China, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Jersey, New Zealand, South Korea,Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Africa however, this may change near the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

EU Shipping 

For EU orders we aim to have your package delivered within 5-8 business days. Please note we are currently shipping to; Spain, France, Switzerland, and Italy. We aim to expand to more EU countries in near the future. 

There has been additional charges of duty and tax. 

Slb jewellery is not responsible for any duty and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed after shipping are the customer responsibility. Items rejected or returned are non-refundable for postage costs. 

***Post-Brexit; all EU orders will have a customs charge as the parcel is being shipped from the UK which is no longer part of the EU. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the item and pay the customs fee to their relevant customs office. Please note this charge is not a shipping charge but a clearing charge that is determined by the local governments.***

My order status says delivered, but hasn’t arrived what should I do?

In cases like this please do not worry this doesn’t mean your parcel is lost the majority of the time the postal service has likely delivered your parcel at your neighbours or local post office.

Other ways you can try track your parcel are;

  • Check the address confirmation
  • Please visit or contact your local post office as soon as possible
  • We understand in some cases not all parcel can fit in mailboxes for example; in apartments, please contact your rental office.

If you have looked everywhere and you still can’t locate your parcel, please drop us an email support@slbjewellery.freshdesk.com displaying (PARCEL NOT ARRIVED) we will then help you resolve this issue.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped out you will receive a tracking number via email. **Please note all orders from Fiji are either international signed(None tracked) or DHL Express Worldwide (Tracked).

Why doesn’t my tracking status show?

In most cases this rarely happens, however, if you are having trouble with your tracking status, please email us immediately with your order number so we can help you resolve this issue.

Where are you shipping from?

We normally ship all orders from the UK.

Which payment methods do you accept ?

All our payments are listed at the bottom of our site. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal payments however, this may change near the future. We apologise for  any inconvenience caused. 

Orders FAQ

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24hours will unfortunately be denied.

Do you offer wholesale?
